Arno Boutique was a pleasant stay overall, with a few notable pros. the database provided accurate information regarding the lack of windows in the room. Fortunately, this didn't impact my experience negatively as the room was well-equipped with a powerful air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. the database also mentioned the parking restrictions in the area, which saved me from the frustration of finding out on arrival. This knowledge allowed me to easily locate nearby private parkings, although a bit pricey at 30€ per night.

Such great experience there. Quiet place with incredibly nice staff and great wi-fi. Exceptionally comfortable beds, satellite TV, climate control, and a refrigerator in the room. Good private bathroom. Marvellous location, next to Teatro Comunale Florence.

The room was clean and modern, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with key attractions and the train station within a 15-minute walk. Plus, being in a safe neighborhood gave us peace of mind.

There were times when the noise from other rooms was quite bothersome. It would have been nice to have better soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful stay.

We had an amazing time during our New Year's stay! The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He even gave us great recommendations for local eateries and attractions. The location was perfect, with easy access to key city spots and a beautiful view of the river. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated with tall ceilings and balcony doors. The bathroom was big and clean. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and people-watching was a delightful experience. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and a quiet street with minimal traffic.

The construction across the road started early in the morning, but it didn't bother us much as we were up early anyway. It would have been helpful if it was clearer that there wouldn't be staff available all the time, although the person in charge was responsive and helpful.

Great location next to river, pleasant walk to centre, good restaurant district, clean and practical, good value for money, beautifully decorated room with tall ceilings.

The room at Arno Boutique was absolutely fantastic! It had a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, which was so convenient. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and I loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The city view from some of the rooms was breathtaking, and it was so relaxing to have a seating area in some units. Plus, having a fridge and a coffee machine in the room was a great touch!

Personally, I didn't like the bidet in the room. But hey, I understand that some people might enjoy it.

Recently stayed at Arno Boutique for a few nights and it was the best hotel of my trip. The proprietor, Houman, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and I enjoyed exploring it on foot. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Having Venchi chocolates and mineral water in the room was a nice touch.

The value for money at Arno Boutique was excellent, we got a spacious and clean room that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions, and the staff, especially Homam, were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, but there are nearby places for breakfasts or lunches so it wasn't a big issue.
